A little piece of paradise.... Linear Park lines the Hobart Rivulet just outside the Hobart CBD. The quiet bushland setting is a perfect lunch time get away or ideal for a casual stroll with the kids on weekends. The Rivulet is home to platypus and brown trout and the parkland corridore is home to bandicoots and wallabies and a plethera of bird life. The walking path is well formed and extends up to the cascade brewery which includes well manicured gardens. A must see for Hobart visitors and locals alike...

A tranquil place to take a cool walk from the city to cascade gardens. The walk also has points of early Hobarts fascinating history.
