  We did have to wait a little while to have our order taken, but it was very busy for a Monday night and our food was served promptly.

  Do you live in Hobart? Or Tasmania? Yes? Well, this is YOUR pub then. Go. It's CASCADE. done. On a slightly serious note: the staff really strive to please your every whim, as long as you aren't ordering food after 7:59pm... Otherwise, they have the best beer on earth on tap. 5/5!

  The food was lovely beautiful steaks cooked to perfection and kids meals were large. Beautiful chunky chips. All new owners and staff were lovely and friendly. There was someone to greet us at the door not like before with unfriendly service where we had to order at the bar, its all changed around and has a brand-new betting area and has been revamped inside from drab to fab. Could breathe for a change because the tables aren't pushed together like before. Had a wonderful time. Highly recommend. My kids loved it too. Have been coming here for 25 years and it's better than ever. Great Menu.

  Great atmosphere. The food was nice. You can order small portions or larger portions of each meal. Very fresh fish and home made chips. Staff were super friendly and prices were reasonable. A short distance from central Hobart.

  Very good food, especially if you were expecting pub grub! We had a lovely night at the Cascade Hotel. The stand-out meals were the calamari that melted in the mouth and the pork ribs that were full of flavour. The cheese platter was amazing as well, with some lovely figs and splendid blue cheese.
